The Accrington Pals
We were asked by The Theatre if we could make a market barrow for the "The Accrington Pals" show that is to be performed in The Oak Theatre from the 12th to the 16th November.
John C, Steve W and myself started it by making the frame and the bed then it sort of got ignored as holidays got in the way. As usual the deadline didn't pause so a few weeks later we went back to it to fit the axle and wheels which Mick F ,Barry and myself completed. I then added 3 wine boxes that I had saved from a shed clearance (that was a bit of luck) and with the load applied I reckon we could use as the real thing after the show.
