A fair exchange.

A gentleman never joined The Shed but always took a very great interest in what we were doing and trying to achieve. Unfortunately he died earlier in the year and it came as a bit of a shock when we heard that he had left the complete contents of his workshop to us in his will. The tools are of excellent quality, in fact they will almost certainly replace some of our existing equipment once probate has been completed.

Whilst checking his workshop out we noticed that there was a pergola in the front of the house that was looking extremely decrepit and, whilst we would not normally undetake work of this kind as it would be unfair competition for local tradespeople, in this instance we felt that the very least that we could do in return for such generosity was to make some repairs, after all the young lady inside the pergola was looking decidedly chilly.
